3-headed Frog
The frog with 6 feet was reportedly found at a children's day nursery in a village in Weston Super-Mare in Somerset, England in 2004. The staff at the Green Umbrella nursery first thought it was three frogs huddled together but after closer inspection they realized the frogs were joined together. A wildlife biologist said a reason for the three-headed frog’s development could have been damage to the embryo, according to a report.(click image to enlarge)

Headless Chicken lived for 18 months!
Mike the Headless Chicken (April 1945 – March 1947) was a Wyandotte rooster (cockerel) that lived for 18 months after its head had been cut off. Thought by many to be a hoax, the bird was taken by its owner to the University of Utah in Salt Lake City to establish its authenticity.
